The official FAQ states that the pass can waive the tourist single-entry visa fee when it is purchased before arrival and you stay a minimum of two whole nights / three days in Jordan. The official attraction directory lists more than 40 sites, museums and castles. Because opening hours and closures can change, treat inclusion and opening as separate questions: a covered site can still be closed on your travel date.

Official Jordan Pass guidance says the pass is available for use within three months of purchase and then expires one month after the first attraction scan. It is non-transferable and non-refundable under the published terms.

The current official Jordan Pass FAQ says Bethany Beyond the Jordan / the Baptism Site is not included by default and can be added for an extra fee when buying the pass. Because the official attraction directory also displays the Baptism Site, verify the exact checkout terms on the official Jordan Pass site before publishing or purchasing; the FAQ should be treated as the operational rule until clarified.
Who should calculate carefully

Short stays, travellers who do not need the visa-fee waiver, children under 12 visiting attractions with their parents, and travellers with different nationality rules should calculate their own case instead of assuming the headline saving applies. The official FAQ also states the pass is not available for Arabic nationality holders.
